Alignz Recruitment in Auckland is seeking reliable Voice Pickers to join a busy Favona Distribution Centre. You will work in a fast-paced warehouse environment, picking, packing and moving stock to meet daily targets.

Ongoing full-time hours with potential to secure a permanent position. You will operate a voice-directed picking system, handle pallets with care and maintain a clean, safe workspace. Valid NZ work rights required.

Formación

• Two years of voice-picking or warehousing experience.
• Experience in a fast-paced warehouse environment is preferred.
• Good physical fitness and able to perform repetitive lifting.
• Reliable attendance and a positive attitude.

What You'll Be Doing

Working in a busy distribution centre, you’ll play an important role in ensuring supermarket orders are picked accurately and dispatched on time.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

Voice picking orders accurately using a voice-directed picking system.

Picking and packing stock efficiently to meet daily targets and deadlines.

Building, wrapping and organising pallets safely and securely.

Unloading full pallets and handling stock throughout the warehouse.

Operating a manual pallet truck to move stock around the warehouse.

Performing repetitive heavy lifting and remaining active throughout your shift.

Maintaining a clean, tidy and safe working environment.

Shifts Available

Roster: Monday to Sunday, depending on operational requirements.

Shifts: Morning and afternoon shifts available.

Employment type: Temporary to permanent, with the opportunity to secure a permanent position.

Flexibility is essential, as you must be available to work rostered shifts across the week, including weekends when required.

What We're Looking For

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

At least two years of voice-picking, warehousing or pick-packing experience.

Previous experience working in a fast-paced warehouse or distribution environment.

Good physical fitness and the ability to perform repetitive heavy lifting throughout your shift.

Strong attention to detail and the ability to pick orders accurately.

A reliable work ethic, positive attitude and commitment to consistent attendance.

Reliable transport to and from Favona.

Flexibility to work rostered shifts, including weekends.

The ability to pass a Ministry of Justice (MOJ) background check and pre-employment drug test.

Valid working rights in New Zealand.
