Job summary

CGL – Retail Services is seeking a detail‑oriented Visual Merchandiser and Brand Ambassador to deliver premium in‑store presentation and maintain merchandising standards across retail locations. The role includes 3 hours of visual merchandising every fortnight with flexible days and times, plus additional demo shifts during promotions.

Passion for coffee and strong customer focus are essential, as you will engage shoppers, explain espresso machine features, and drive sales for a premium brand

Qualifications

• Experience delivering in-store presentations and maintaining merchandising standards.
• Strong communication and customer engagement skills.
• Reliable, self-motivated and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Execute visual merchandising standards across assigned stores.
• Demonstrate coffee machines and explain features to customers.
• Set up displays and ensure ticketing and POS materials are correct.
• Keep demo space neat and tidy and adapt to promotional periods.

Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Visual Merchandiser and Brand Ambassador, to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality in-store presentation and maintaining merchandising standards within the retail stores. This role offers 3hr a fortnight of visual merchandising work with flexibility for days and times. Additional demonstration shifts may be available during promotional periods.
