Queenstown Golf Club is transforming one of New Zealand’s most iconic courses. As Course Superintendent, you will lead the masterplan execution, maintaining exceptional daily presentation across this highly photographed course.

You’ll work with the General Manager, governance and a strong greens team to deliver lasting change over the coming decade. This role blends strategic leadership with hands‑on course management, encouraging innovation, sustainability and thoughtful long‑term development

Qualifications

• Proven leadership of high‑performing course maintenance teams.
• Ability to execute major capital and infrastructure projects.
• Passion for course presentation and exceptional playing surfaces.
• Strong planning, budgeting and resource management skills.
• Innovative mindset embracing technology, sustainability and improvement.
• Excellent communication and teamwork with members and governance.

Responsibilities
