Kaimai Vets in Tauranga, NZ is seeking a qualified veterinary nurse with experience to join our busy team. The role is full-time, Monday to Friday with some flexibility on hours to suit the right candidate, and involves general nursing, surgical assistance, client communication and routine clinic duties.

Qualifications

• Qualified vet nurse with some experience.
• Confident, caring, organised.
• Some flexibility around days and hours for the right person. Large animal technician experience would be a definite advantage.

Responsibilities

• General veterinary nursing.
• Surgical nursing and assisting with procedures.
• Cleaning and maintaining clinic areas.
• Client and general administration.
• Charging and processing accounts.
• Assisting with stock control and ordering.
• Providing a high standard of care to our patients and their owners.
