Job summary

Toyota Hastings is seeking a reliable Vehicle Groomer to keep our Lexus showroom and service vehicles at premium standard. You will clean interiors/exteriors, wash, vacuum, and detail vehicles to Lexus and Toyota standards, ensuring showroom-ready presentation.

Candidates should take pride in accuracy, be punctual, and work well both independently and with a team. A full driver licence is required; previous grooming or detailing is preferred but not essential as attitude and work ethic matter

Qualifications

• Experience with vehicle detailing preferred.
• Full valid driver license required.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Clean interior and exterior of vehicles to Lexus and Toyota standards.
• Wash, vacuum, polish and detail vehicles.
• Polish tyres and ensure vehicles are showroom-ready.
• Check vehicles on the yard and groom them as required.

We’re looking for a reliable, hardworking and detail-focused Vehicle Groomer to join our Lexus team in Hastings.

As a Vehicle Groomer, you’ll play an important role in ensuring every vehicle leaving our showroom or Service Department is presented to the highest standard. From new and used vehicles to customer service vehicles, you’ll help maintain the premium presentation our Lexus customers expect.

What you’ll be doing:

• Cleaning the interior and exterior of vehicles to Lexus and Toyota standards
• Washing, vacuuming, polishing and detailing vehicles
• Polishing tyres and ensuring vehicles are showroom-ready
• Checking vehicles on the yard and grooming them as required

We’re after someone who:

• Takes pride in their work and has a great eye for detail
• Is reliable, punctual and hardworking
• Can work efficiently and manage their time well
• Takes pride in delivering a high standard of presentation
• Is comfortable working independently as well as part of a team
• Has a full driver licence
• Presents themselves professionally and understands the importance of great customer service

Previous vehicle grooming or detailing experience is preferred, but not essential — we’re more interested in finding the right person with the right attitude and work ethic.
