Job summary

Danone NZ seeks an experienced Services & Utilities Manager for the Balclutha site in South Otago to lead the utilities and services function, driving safety, reliability and continuous improvement while mentoring a high‑performing team.

You will partner with Operations, Engineering and Maintenance to deliver sustainable site performance, meet safety standards and support Danone's operational and sustainability objectives across the manufacturing operation.

Qualifications

Proven leadership experience in utilities, manufacturing, or industrial services.
Experience developing high-performing teams and leading change.
Strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities.

Responsibilities

Lead Utilities and Services teams to a safety‑driven, high‑performing culture.
Ensure reliable operation of critical utility infrastructure across manufacturing operations.
Drive planning, monitoring and continuous improvement for utility performance.
Deliver improvements in reliability, efficiency, sustainability and asset performance.
Collaborate with Operations, Engineering and Maintenance to meet site objectives.
