Oranga Tamariki—Ministry for Children is transforming how it commissions services and invests in communities to improve outcomes for tamariki, rangatahi and whānau. Reporting to the Deputy Chief Executive, Commissioning and Investment, you will lead the next phase of that transformation, building foundations, capability, systems and governance.

Formación

• Significant leadership experience in large- scale transformation.
• Experience leading organisational or service transformation programmes.
• Strong governance, risk management and delivery capability.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the Commissioning Transformation Programme.
• Establish and embed new commissioning frameworks, tools and ways of working.
• Strengthen investment disciplines, prioritisation and decision-making.
• Build capability across Oranga Tamariki to sustain transformation beyond the programme.
• Lead transformation teams and deliver complex change initiatives.
• Partner with iwi, Māori organisations, providers, communities and government agencies.
• Establish governance, assurance and implementation arrangements that support change.
