About the Role: This is a pivotal opportunity to join a growing Corporate Finance advisory practice in Auckland, with a focus on Transaction Services, M&A, and Valuations. You’ll step into a visible, people leadership role and deliver end-to-end advisory engagements across a diverse client base. International exposure, structured development, and real career mobility are part of the package.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead buy-side and vendor due diligence across sectors and geographies
  • Manage M&A engagements across both buy and sell-side mandates
  • Oversee the design and review of financial models, including DCFs and forecasts
  • Deliver business and tangible asset valuations for diverse transaction types
  • Guide and mentor junior staff, ensuring high-quality delivery and client satisfaction
So Who Are You And What Is Your Profile?
  • Proven background in Transaction Services/FDD within a Big 4 or leading mid-market firm
  • CA, CPA or CFA qualified with 3–5 years post-qualification experience
  • Experience across Valuations, Deals Advisory, Business Recovery or Corporate Finance
  • Excellent communication and client relationship management skills
  • Ability to lead projects and teams in a fast-paced, transaction-driven environment
  • Strong financial modelling and analytical capability
  • Keen to contribute to business development and broader advisory projects
