You’ll drive modern trains through scenic Wellington routes, work forward rotating shifts (including early mornings, nights and weekends), and join a crew where safety, attention to detail and a people-first mindset make a real difference.

Qualifications

• No rail experience required; we welcome diverse backgrounds.
• You are safety-focused, responsible and reliable.
• You keep calm under pressure and can work independently.
• You can stay situationally aware on familiar routes.
• Must have a NZ driver's licence and right to work in NZ.
• Able to work across different shift patterns including weekends.
