Job summary

Action Personnel in Christchurch seeks a qualified plumber to join our growing Canterbury team. You will be engaged across a range of residential and commercial projects, installing, maintaining and repairing plumbing systems with a strong emphasis on quality and safety.

Ideal candidates are NZ registered, have their own tools and transport, can pass a pre-employment drug test, and work well both independently and as part of a team. Immediate start and ongoing work available.

Qualifications

• NZ Registered and Licensed Plumber.
• Proven experience in residential and/or commercial plumbing.
• Strong knowledge of NZ plumbing regulations and building standards.
• Own tools and equipment; reliable vehicle and licence.
• Pass a pre-employment drug test; safety-focused attitude.

Responsibilities

• Involved in installation, maintenance and repairs across varied projects.
• Maintain high workmanship standards and communicate with clients and team.
• Work on residential and commercial plumbing tasks on site in Christchurch/Canterbury.

Are you a qualified and experienced Plumber looking for your next opportunity with a reputable and growing company?

We are seeking skilled Plumbers to work across a range of residential and commercial projects throughout Christchurch and the wider Canterbury region.

What We're Looking For:

• NZ Registered and Licensed Plumber (or equivalent recognised qualification)
• Able to pass a pre employment drug test and drug free
• Proven experience in residential and/or commercial plumbing
• Strong knowledge of NZ plumbing regulations and building standards
• Own reliable vehicle and current driver's licence
• Own tools and equipment
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Professional, reliable, and safety-focused attitude
• Site Safe Passport (preferred but not essential)
• Ability to provide references and supporting qualifications
