Job summary

The North Face in Queenstown, New Zealand is seeking a Manager in Training. You will join the store management team and be developed by the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager to coach and motivate the team while restocking, merchandising and driving sales.

You will work closely with the management team on performance, inventory and people management. Ideal candidates will be customer-service oriented, with supervisory exposure in retail, passion for our brand, and a drive for a long-term

ABOUT THE ROLE…

The Manager in Training will be part of the store management team and will be developed by the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager to effectively coach and motivate the team across all aspects of the sales and the customer service process. As Manager in Training, your main responsibilities will be to work closely with the Store Management teamacross:

• Sales Performance and Targets
• Visual Merchandising
• Management of Inventory
• People Management
