We have an opportunity for a Territory Manager to join our sales team, managing On-The-Go (Route) and Grocery accounts, this role will cover Timaru and surrounding areas like Oamaru – Twizel.
Supported by our Area Sales Manager, you will be a valued member of our sales team looking after a range of customers in your assigned territory.
Territory Managers are the powerhouse of any Retail/FMCG business. You will be eager to under who we (Suntory Oceania) are as a business, our products, and just as importantly – being Gemba Focused. What does that mean? To get out there amongst our customer to understand what they need from us and how we help grow their business (and ours).

We’re looking for someone with a strong work ethic, who can work under pressure and juggle multiple priorities, along with a friendly, fun, and approachable personality.
You’ll naturally excel at building strong relationships and have a passion for working with great brands and great people. You’ll feel comfortable interpreting and analysing sales data to make informed decisions, enabling customer success, supporting NPD growth, and building relationships with new customers.
This role requires travel, so a full driver’s licence is essential, and you’ll be on the road in a company‑provided tool‑of‑trade vehicle.
