You will design, build, and manage core technologies within your domain, working with subject matter experts and external partners to ensure tools meet mission needs.

This dual-agency role provides leadership to both GCSB and NZSIS, with a focus on secure container platforms, multi-tenanted desktops, and robust data transport.

Qualifications

• 5+ years IT Engineering experience in shared-services or service-provider environments.
• Senior specialist engineering in Windows VDI and multi-tenanted desktops.
• Experience managing external partners and delivering outcomes for diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design, build and manage core technologies within your domain.
• Provide technical leadership across GCSB and NZSIS and collaborate with internal users and external partners.
• Help to optimise collaboration with internal teams and international partners to ensure secure, scalable systems.
