Job summary

Rocket Lab USA Inc. is seeking a Team Lead - Thermofluids Analysis in Auckland. You will manage a team of analysts responsible for analyzing and validating designs of Rocket Lab's launch vehicles and space systems. The ideal candidate will need an advanced engineering degree and at least 5 years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of industry experience from Aerospace, Automotive, or Marine sectors.
• Hands-on experience using industry-standard CFD and thermal modeling packages.
• Proficient with NX CAD/Teamcenter or comparable packages.

• Lead complex thermofluids analysis for launch vehicles and space systems.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration with design and test engineers.
• Mentor and develop team members on technical best practices.
