Health New Zealand | Te Whatu Ora is seeking a Team Lead for the Healthy Homes Initiative on a 0.8 FTE, permanent part‑time basis. You will lead the team delivering warm, dry and healthy homes, building trusted relationships with whānau and stakeholders while overseeing budgets and reporting.

You will work across urban and rural MidCentral rohe, guiding the programme to positive community health outcomes for tamariki and whānau.

**Team Lead – Healthy Homes Initiative****Permanent Part time****Lead positive change for healthier homes, healthier whānau and stronger communities.**Health New Zealand | Te Whatu Ora is firmly grounded in the principles of Te Tiriti o Waitangi and is committed to building a health system that serves all New Zealanders.**About the Role**The Healthy Homes Initiative aims to increase the number of tamariki and their whānau/aiga living in warm, dry and healthy homes, ultimately improving their health and wellbeing and reducing housing-related hospitalisations.This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the ongoing development and oversight of a programme that has the potential to make a significant difference to the health and wellbeing of tamariki and whānau across our rohe.As Team Leader, you will provide leadership and support to the team delivering the Healthy Homes Initiative, including kaiāwhina working directly with whānau in their homes. You will provide oversight, guidance and support where needed, while helping to ensure the programme continues to develop and deliver positive outcomes for the communities we serve.We are looking for an experienced and approachable leader who is passionate about improving health and wellbeing and confident in building trusted relationships with whānau.
