Job summary

Bear Park Mairangi Bay is seeking an ECE Teacher-In-Training for a full-time role, based in Auckland. You will work with either preschoolers (1:7 ratio) or toddlers (1:6 ratio) and grow your teaching skills with an experienced team in a natural, resource-rich environment.

Three hours of planning time per room each week support intentional planning and teaching. The role is ideal for pursuing teaching as a long-term career in a welcoming, bi-cultural setting.

Located off Constellation Drive, Bear Park Mairangi Bay is a warm, welcoming and creative centre licensed for up to 83 children. We are proud of our bi-cultural heritage and strive to create an environment that is challenging, inclusive, supportive and encouraging.

We are looking for an ECE Teacher-In-Training to join us in a full time position working with either our preschoolers (max 1:7 ratio) or toddlers (max 1:6 ratio). This is a fabulous opportunity to grow your teaching skillset alongside an experienced and committed team, whilst being surrounded by a natural, resource-rich environment. With amazing ratios and three hours dedicated planning time per room each week, we allow time for intentional planning and teaching. You will be an experienced ECE teacher, dedicated to pursuing teaching as a long-term career.
