Hato Pāora College is a Years 9-13 Māori, Catholic Boys Boarding College, just outside beautiful Feilding. We are seeking an enthusiastic, innovative, and culturally responsive kaiako to lead our Te Reo Māori Department.

This is an exciting opportunity for an inspiring educator who is passionate about Te Reo Māori, tikanga Māori, and empowering ākonga to succeed. The successful applicant will have the ability to build strong relationships with local iwi and our wider community, while demonstrating a sound understanding of local history, tikanga, and mātauranga Māori.

As head of department, you will:

Te Reo Māori is a compulsory subject from year 9 through to year 13 at Hato Pāora College.
