Ngā kōrero mōu You'll be an experienced recruitment, talent or people professional who is both people-focused and commercially savvy. Someone who is curious by nature, stays ahead of evolving talent trends and is energised by opportunities to do things differently. With a track record of successfully sourcing and selecting great talent, you'll have the confidence to partner with managers at all levels across the business. You'll understand how to tell a compelling employer brand story and create attraction strategies that help Public Trust stand out in a competitive market. You're confident using AI, data, market insights and automation to inform decisions and improve outcomes. A strong communicator, you know how to tailor your messages to different audiences. If you have experience contributing to workforce planning, including understanding future talent needs and supporting succession planning, that will be considered a plus.
