Job summary

Access Community Health seeks flexible support workers to assist clients in their own homes in Wellington. No qualifications or prior experience required; training is provided during the induction period.

You will support clients with daily living activities, honouring culture, routines and boundaries, with paid training and weekend shifts available. Flexible hours and travel compensation apply, including paid travel time and mileage for longer trips.

You’ll support tāngata with their individual care needs and daily living activities - no qualifications or prior experience required. Your role is to provide safe, respectful, person centered support in people’s homes, including being mindful of what matters to them, their culture, values, beliefs, routines, and boundaries.
