Salary band & range: $61,965 to $71,810 depending on skills and experience
We are seeking a motivated business support professional to join the Assurance directorate within New Zealand Food Safety.
In the role, you will:
To be successful in this role, you will be comfortable in a busy office environment with good knowledge of administration and business support systems & processes.You will have strong written and verbal communication skills, as well as being computer literate in the use of MS Office products.

The Assurance directorate is made up of four teams: Chemical and Microbiological Assurance, Food and Live Animal Assurance, Plant, Wine and Organic Assurance, and Systems Audit.
Together we provide an assurance framework that that underpins and enhances New Zealand's export trade in food and fibre.
This includes setting export standards and overseeing systems for certification, verification and monitoring.
You will report to the Team manager Wine Assurance which is a team composed of Advisers and Senior Advisers sits within the Plant, Wine and Organic Assurance group. You will be working with Managers across the Assurance directorate, Assurance Executive Coordinator and Support Officers across New Zealand Food Safety and help support each other if needed.
