The Opportunity

Our Energy and Utilities business is seeking an experienced Supervisor to join our Distribution Lines team based in New Plymouth. Reporting to the Area Manager, you will be leading a highly skilled team of line mechanics and other field crew providing services including construction, maintenance, and fault diagnosis/rectification across the Taranaki region.

As a proven leader, highly experienced in the Distribution sector, you will quickly gain the respect of your crews and credibility with our clients. You will have proven ability to monitor performance and motivate your team to deliver within time and budget while maintaining a focus on quality and safety.

Important Skills

• Previous experience in the Electricity Distribution industry with experience leading crews
• Full NZ Class 1 Driver's License
• Relevant EWRB Registration and current Practising licence preferred
• Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to mentor and motivate your team
