Job summary

Kaiteriteri is seeking a friendly Boat Ramp Attendant for the peak summer period at the Kaiteriteri boat ramp. You will assist boaties and visitors, manage vehicle movements, and process ramp fees, helping to keep the ramp safe and welcoming.

Ideal candidates are approachable, practical, and comfortable working outdoors in a busy environment. Pre-employment drug and alcohol testing is required and weekends/public holidays are expected during peak season.

Looking for a summer job where your office is right beside the beach?

We’re looking for a friendly, confident and practical person to join our team as a Boat Ramp Attendant over the busy summer period at Kaiteretere.

About the role:

Based at the Kaiteretere boat ramp, you’ll help keep one of the busiest areas of the Reserve operating safely and smoothly during the peak summer season.

You’ll be the friendly face of the boat ramp, assisting boaties and visitors, helping manage vehicle and trailer movements, checking boat ramp fees, assisting with mooring allocations and keeping an eye on activity around the ramp and surrounding area.

We’re looking for someone who is:
