Job summary

Connor Consulting Ltd in Christchurch is seeking a Revit Draughtsperson to join our growing drafting team for a full-time, office-based role. You will apply Revit knowledge to produce accurate, clear documentation for commercial and industrial building projects, with a strong emphasis on detail and quality.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of Revit experience, understands building construction, and is keen to contribute to efficient designs and practical solutions.

Qualifications

• Engineering Diploma or similar qualification.
• At least 1 year of experience as a Revit Draughtsperson/Technician, preferably structural.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work on complex designs.
• Right to work in New Zealand is a must.

We work with major cold storage operators to integrate food processing, hygiene and NZFSA requirements and our clients are some of the key players in keeping the country going.Our Structural/Civil Engineers have the capability to plan, design, document, manage and trouble shoot and we work on projects big and small.

Role Description

Our draughting team is growing which means we are looking for another Revit superstar to join us in a full-time office based role located in Christchurch. If this is you, you will probably already have experience with Revitand be able to apply this knowledge to create accurate and easy to interpret documentation.You are likely to have an understanding of building construction, particularly of commercial and industrial buildings.Our team prides itself on efficient designs with sensible solutions and clear documentation so you will be keen to do your part by producing high-quality technical drawings.

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail and an ability to work on complex designs
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Engineering Diploma or similar qualification
• At least 1 year of experience as a Revit Draughtsperson/Technician, preferably structural, would be an advantage - we're happy to speak to people with a range of levels of experience but the right skills and attitude.
• Right to work in New Zealand is a must.
