Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Consultant to shape and execute strategic transformation programmes for large businesses and government departments. You will lead workstreams across process redesign, AI and system implementation, and business transformation, translating problems into practical transformation plans.

You will guide clients toward a defined target state, leveraging industry knowledge in transformation, AI, Cloud, Data or Security to build rapport with stakeholders in business and technology

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent industry experience.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a professional services organisation, working with senior stakeholders, modelling and supporting transformation journeys, and delivering strategic proposals.

Responsibilities

• Execute transformation programmes with senior team members.
• Apply tech-enabled transformation knowledge (AI, Cloud, Data, Security) to design target-state processes.
• Prepare executive materials, recommendations and business cases for senior stakeholders.
• Manage day-to-day delivery across Accenture and client teams including planning and issue resolution.
• Support business development and capability building within the practice.
• Contribute to thought leadership and shared experiences across the practice.
