Job summary

Health New Zealand is seeking a Security Relationship Manager to lead strategic cyber security engagement across Health NZ and external agencies. This senior role focuses on governance, risk management and cyber resilience, partnering with senior leaders and stakeholders to shape secure outcomes.

Based in Wellington, the role collaborates across the national Cyber Security function to align roadmaps with sector priorities, and to deliver trusted security advice, services and programmes of work.

Qualifications

• Senior relationship leader with governance and risk management experience.
• Experience translating cyber concepts for executive audiences.
• Knowledge of cyber security frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001).
• Experience with contracts, NDAs, MoUs and service agreements.

Responsibilities

• Provide clear advice on cyber security risks and priorities.
• Align cyber roadmaps with org objectives.
• Bridge stakeholders, security leaders and technical teams.
• Support partnership and NDAs, and other agreements.
• Deliver insights on threats and technologies impacting health sector.
• Oversee key work to support advisory outcomes.
