Job summary

INSIDE Recruitment – Wellington Central, North Island is sourcing a Manager, Strategic Assessment and Prioritisation for WorkSafe New Zealand. You will lead a high-performing analytics team, shaping regulatory priorities by assessing risks, harms and intervention opportunities across the NZ health and safety system.

You will develop evidence-based insights, articulate the case for intervention and communicate risks and trade-offs to senior leadership while collaborating across the organisation

Qualifications

• Experience leading intelligence, assessment or analytical functions.
• Ability to synthesize complex information into clear insights.
• Experience assessing risks, trade-offs and system-level impacts.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.
• Strong critical thinking and evidence-based decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Lead the assessment of risks, harms and intervention opportunities.
