Transpower is seeking an experienced ICT Risk & Assurance Manager in New Zealand to lead risk assessments, governance, and assurance work across ICT functions. You will deliver reports to executives and collaborate with security, risk, legal and delivery teams to drive improvements.

Ideally, you bring five-plus years in ICT security/risk and have a relevant tertiary qualification. The role supports working on-site with flexible times and a focus on critical infrastructure resilience.

Formación

• At least five years’ experience in ICT security, risk, assurance, audit or governance.
• Understanding of ICT security environments and critical service risk implications.
• Experience in regulatory compliance, assurance reviews and security control assessments.
• Ability to support delivery teams and senior leaders with clear reporting and stakeholder engagement.
• A relevant tertiary qualification in a related field.

Responsabilidades

• Lead ICT risk, governance and assurance matters and build capability across Transpower.
• Manage assurance schedule and track findings to timely, quality closure.
• Develop bowtie-based risk models with a Semi-Quantified Risk Analysis approach.
• Prepare executive reporting on risk exposure and control effectiveness.
• Develop and maintain ICT risk policies and prepare for cybersecurity regulation.
