Reporting to the Director, you will manage planning, procurement, risk, workforce development, and client relationships to ensure profitability and high-quality delivery across projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Management, Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• Significant senior management or general management experience.
• Strong financial, operational, and strategic planning capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement business strategies, operational plans, and objectives with the Director.
• Translate strategy into practical operational and financial plans.
• Monitor industry developments and market conditions for opportunities and risks.
• Drive growth, service development and improved commercial performance.
• Review performance and adapt business structures and procedures as needed.
• Provide strategic and commercial advice on major decisions.
