Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in compliance, governance, risk, assurance or audit leadership roles.
• Proven track record developing and implementing compliance frameworks, systems or operational controls.
• Strong project management and change management capability.
• Experience in transport, logistics, supply chain, manufacturing or similar operations.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills across all business levels.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain compliance frameworks, policies and governance processes.
• Create visibility of obligations, ownership, risks, evidence and performance.
• Lead compliance implementation initiatives across multiple operational units.
• Embed compliance controls within day-to-day activities.
• Manage assurance activities, audits, investigations and corrective actions.
• Identify and manage industry certification, accreditation and regulatory requirements.
• Develop reporting and dashboard visibility for stakeholders.
• Analyse trends and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
