Slalom NZ seeks a Business Transformation Analyst to help clients navigate organisational shifts, evaluate business problems, and deliver high-value outcomes. You’ll bridge strategy, process, technology, and people with client leadership and delivery teams to understand challenges, articulate the future state, and design actionable change strategies that drive adoption.

Qualifications

• Strong experience with process mapping, requirements gathering, impact analysis, and backlog management.
• Demonstrated capability in designing and delivering change, communications and training initiatives.
• Excellent communication and workshop facilitation skills with diverse stakeholders.
• Empathy and understanding of human behavior and organizational dynamics.
• Passion for delivering tangible business value through transformations.

Responsibilities

• Elicit and define requirements through stakeholder interviews and workshops to uncover root needs and drive outcomes.
• Analyse and design solutions by mapping current and future processes, data, and systems.
• Drive readiness and change strategy with tailored communications, leadership alignment and training.
• Bridge delivery and business needs by writing user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria for Agile teams.
• Measure value and benefits using metrics to track adoption and realized outcomes.
• Coach and engage stakeholders to navigate resistance and ensure smooth adoption.
