Job summary

Briscoes Homeware in Invercargill is seeking an experienced Storeperson to manage inward and outward stock and maintain accurate inventory records. You will work closely with the team to ensure efficient stock flow from the stockroom to the floor while upholding high safety standards.

The role requires a full driver’s licence and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment; eligible NZ residents only. The position is 8:15am–4:00pm, Monday to Friday.

• Excellent attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work physically and under pressure.

Are you an experienced Storeperson looking for your next role? Join our energetic team in Invercargill as a Storeperson! In this essential role you'll be managing inward and outward stock, ensuring accuracy in our records and maintaining relationships with our external carriers. You'll have the opportunity to really make the role your own!

We're looking for someone that's available 8:15am to 4:00pm, Monday to Friday and has their full driver's license.

What will you be doing?

• Managing all inward and outwards goods
• Maintaining accurate inventory records
• Ensuring all relevant documentation is completed and correct
• Ensuring that the stockroom is tidy, clean and well organised
• Facilitating the flow of stock from the stockroom to the floor by collaborating with the entire team
• Lead the way in promoting a safe work environment
