Just Jeans Hastings, New Zealand, is seeking an experienced Retail Store Manager to lead our team and deliver an unforgettable customer experience. This 38.5 hours per week role focuses on sales leadership, team development and maintaining the denim expertise we are known for.

You will drive KPI targets, coach staff, and ensure visual merchandising aligns with briefs while controlling wage spend and stock loss.

Qualifications

• Experience in developing and coaching a team
• Previous leadership experience, ideally in retail
• Ability to provide a genuine and unique customer experience
• Previous Visual Merchandising experience working from a brief
• Proven ability to achieve sales and KPIs while controlling wage spend and stock loss targets

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop store team to deliver outstanding customer experiences
• Drive sales and KPI achievement while managing labour cost and stock loss
• Implement and maintain visual merchandising according to brand briefs
• Provide strong customer service and coaching for team members
• Monitor store performance and implement improvements as needed
