Bed Bath N’ Table is seeking a Store Manager for our Wellington store to lead a passionate team and deliver an exceptional customer experience. You will partner with the Assistant Manager to coach staff, optimise visual merchandising, and drive sales through a strong focus on KPIs and customer service.

The role offers a balanced roster, including every alternate weekend off, and opportunities for holiday remuneration.

Formación

• Experience in a fast paced, high volume retail environment.
• Passion for homewares and interest in Bed Bath N’ Table.
• Ability to meet monthly sales targets and KPIs.
• Attention to detail and high visual merchandising standards.
