Country Road Group is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for our Queenstown store in New Zealand. You will bring the Country Road brand to life, inspire a high-performing team, and drive exceptional customer experiences while contributing to the store’s financial growth.

You will coach and develop your team, lead stock control and loss prevention, and nurture talent with a focus on wellbeing and engagement.
