Kmart Aotearoa is seeking a Department Manager to lead hands-on teams at Bayfair (Tauranga) and deliver outstanding customer experiences. You will drive merchandising, replenishment, service, and store operations while building capable, engaged teams and maintaining a safe, compliant environment.

As a leader and doer, you will execute key business initiatives, ensure processes run smoothly, and motivate teams to achieve results.
