Job summary

The Warehouse Hornby is seeking a Stockroom Team Member (Part-time) to help keep stock organized and ready for sale. You’ll support stock handling, use a forklift as needed, and collaborate with Shopfloor and Fill teams to maintain efficiency and stock accuracy.

Ideal candidates show interest in stockroom coordination, attention to detail, and physical ability for lifting and climbing. Hours include Saturday 11:00am - 4:00pm and a team-oriented work environment.

Qualifications

• Interest in stockroom coordination.
• Ability to pay close attention to detail.
• Physical capability to handle heavy lifting, climb ladders, and stand for extended periods.
• Forklift endorsement preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring all stock received is processed appropriately and within the appropriate guidelines.
• Ensure the stockroom area is swept and maintained.
• Manage palettes and stock being delivered appropriately using a forklift.
• Processing recycling and other waste correctly.
• Adhere to health and safety standards.
• Understand the importance of positive team dynamics.
