Job summary

Advanced Personnel in Hamilton is actively seeking experienced Steel Fixers for construction and infrastructure projects across the Waikato. The role involves positioning, cutting, bending and tying reinforcing steel for slabs, foundations, columns and concrete structures on busy sites.

You will read plans accurately, measure reinforcement precisely and work safely. Candidates should have minimum 5 years of steel fixing, plus commercial, civil or infrastructure experience and a strong teamwork

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' steel fixing experience.
• Commercial, civil or infrastructure experience is advantageous.
• Ability to read plans and drawings.
• Physically capable of performing the role.
• Strong understanding of construction site safety.
• Reliable and able to work effectively within a team.
