We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Physiotherapist with a passion for excellent patient care, rehabilitation, and developing leadership, to join our inpatient rehabilitation team at Waitakere Hospital based across the Assessment, Treatment, and Rehabilitation (AT&R) and Integrated Stroke Unit (ISU) wards.
This is a 0.8 FTE part-time role working on our AT&R and ISU wards. You will be working as part of an established inter-disciplinary team providing best practice rehabilitation through a patient centred approach to older adults. The work covers an array of conditions including patients with orthopaedic, neurological, and general medical conditions who require rehabilitation and often also have complex social and discharge planning needs.
