This hands‑on role requires producing and editing content daily, running both organic and paid campaigns, and collaborating with engineers and media teams to capture launches and milestones in real time.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience running high‑growth, high‑engagement social channels and digital campaigns for a fast-moving brand.
• A sharp portfolio with direct proof of killer campaigns you built and executed personally.
• Experience in both organic and paid social campaigns and strategies.
• Flexibility to travel and move fast: support on‑site activations, events, and dynamic launch schedules across time zones.

Responsibilities

• Build the Content Engine: Plan, maintain, and execute an aggressive digital editorial calendar aligned with missions and milestones.
• Own the Channels: Lead day‑to‑day execution across X, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, Bluesky, and newsletters.
• Understand the Audience: Tailor content for B2B, B2G, talent, investors, and fans.
• Cover the Action in Real Time: Produce live coverage for launches and major milestones with content teams.
• Translate Rocket Science: Turn complex tech into sharp, accessible content with engineers and production teams.
• Drive Growth with Data: Monitor analytics, spot trends, test AI formats, and optimize reach and engagement.
• Guard the Brand Voice: Maintain Rocket Lab’s tone, technical accuracy, and quality across all posts.
• Expand the Frontier: Bring fresh tech and bold creative experiments to stay ahead of the industry.
• Roll Your Sleeves Up: Draft, shoot, edit, and publish daily; count countdowns and factory floor stories.
