Job summary

Zespri is seeking a Solution Delivery Manager to lead a team of Business Analysts and shape how technology enables global performance within the Quality and Compliance teams of Global Supply Chain.

You'll deliver end-to-end solutions, partner with stakeholders, design optimized processes, and drive analytics, automation, and continuous improvement across platforms. This role blends strategic leadership with hands-on delivery in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in digital/applications/solution delivery.
• Experience delivering enterprise systems (e.g. SAP, cloud platforms) across full lifecycle projects.
• Strong understanding of business process design, optimization and continuous improvement.
• Experience working with multiple stakeholders to achieve aligned, high-impact outcomes.
• Ability to navigate complexity, influence decisions and drive change.
• Customer-centric mindset with a passion for innovation and improvement.

Reporting to the Head of Solution Delivery & Architecture, this is a pivotal digital leadership role shaping how technology enables Zespri’s global performance. As Solution Delivery Manager, you’ll lead a team of Business Analysts to design, deliver and continuously improve business-critical applications across the Quality and Compliance teams within our Global Supply Chain function.

You’ll work at the intersection of business and technology - partnering with stakeholders to streamline processes, unlock value from systems, and deliver scalable, future-fit solutions.

Key focus areas include:

• Leading and developing a high-performing team to deliver global application solutions

You’ll bring:

• Proven leadership experience managing teams in a digital, applications or solution delivery environment
• Strong experience delivering enterprise systems (e.g. SAP, cloud-based platforms, or similar) across full lifecycle projects
• Deep understanding of business process design, optimisation, and continuous improvement
• Experience working across multiple stakeholders to deliver aligned, high-impact outcomes
• Confidence navigating complexity, influencing decisions, and driving change
• A collaborative, customer-centric mindset with a passion for innovation and improvement
