Job summary

Platinum Recruitment is partnering with a market-leader in FMCG processing to recruit an Site Automation Engineer for a Mataura, Southland-based role. You will maintain and install industrial automation equipment and systems, reporting to the Engineering Manager and working with site electricians.

The role requires coding, SCADA experience, and an NZ-recognized engineering qualification, with NZ work rights mandatory.

Qualifications

• NZ-recognized engineering qualification is required.
• Experience with FMCG processing plants is preferred.
• Excellent English communication skills are essential.
• NZ work rights required: NZ Resident, Citizen, Open Work Visa with no restrictions.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and install industrial automation equipment and systems for the site.
• Collaborate with site electricians and engineering team to ensure reliability.
