Job summary

Wearnes Automotive Pte. Ltd. in Queenstown, NZ, seeks a customer-focused showroom attendant to greet walk-in clients and corporate guests, while maintaining a pristine showroom per our standards.

You will generate showroom reports, maintain the prospect database, manage merchandise stock, and support marketing activities and events. Weekend/public holiday work is required and café duties may be covered as part of the team.

Qualifications

• Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level with 2 years of relevant experience.
• Exemplary customer service with a high degree of initiative.
• Required to work on weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Attend to showroom walk-in clients and corporate guests.
• Ensure showroom is in tip top condition as per checklist.
• Generate showroom reports and maintain prospect database.
• Handle sales of merchandise and monitor stock availability, replenishing as and when required.
• Provide support for Marketing activities and events.
• Cover for café duties.
• Any other tasks assigned by your superior.
