Job summary

The Warehouse is seeking a Shopfloor Team Member to be at the heart of our store, helping customers find what they need, creating appealing displays and keeping shelves stocked. You’ll also pack online orders and contribute to a smooth, friendly shopping experience for our local community.

Ideal candidates bring a positive attitude, reliability, and the ability to stay on their feet during busy periods. Retail or hospitality experience is a bonus, but not required.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing role would be beneficial, but it’s not a requirement.
• A great attitude and strong work ethic are valuable traits.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in finding exactly what they need.

Job Description

Te kaupapa o te tūranga - The purpose of the role.

As a Shopfloor Team Member, you'll be at the heart of The Warehouse.

You will assist customers in finding exactly what they need, create eye-catching displays, restock shelves and pack online orders.

You’ll be helping to create a shopping experience that keeps Kiwis coming back generation after generation across your community.

Hours Of Work

• Tuesday:9:00am - 4:00pm
• Thursday: 9:00am - 4:00pm

Qualifications

He kōrero mōu ake - About you

Experience in a customer-facing role, such as retail or hospitality, would be beneficial, but it’s not a requirement.
