Job summary

Ash Air / Atlas Copco New Zealand is seeking a dedicated SHEQ Advisor to lead safety, health, environmental and quality activities on site in Auckland. You will develop, implement and review the company's SHEQ systems and policies, reporting to the General Manager and partnering with management to strengthen a culture of safety and quality.

Qualifications

• Experience developing, implementing and maintaining SHEQ management systems.
• Ability to promote a quality culture and drive continuous improvement.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Overall responsibility for SHEQ activities; advise managers and employees on SHEQ best practices.
• Define and create modular training packages for internal and external audiences.
• Partner to maintain ISO triple certification according to current standards.
• Investigate and record accidents/incidents and recommend corrective actions.
• Keep up to date with legal SHEQ requirements.
