Qualifications

• Full Class 1 driver's license with clean driving history and the ability to drive a manual transmission.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and motivate the Service Delivery team to achieve great results
• Ensure daily routes are completed successfully - including covering routes during staff absences
• Deliver reliable, friendly service to customers
• Support team performance and help achieve KPIs
• Build strong customer relationships and identify sales opportunities
• Maintain high Health & Safety standards and support continuous improvements
