The School of Product Design | Kura Hanga Otinga is seeking a motivated and collaborative Senior Tutor to contribute to high-quality teaching and learning within our undergraduate and postgraduate programmes.
As a Senior Tutor, you will bring disciplinary expertise and a developing pedagogical practice to create a stimulating, research-informed, and supportive learning environment. You will deliver teaching across a range of courses, support student learning and assessment, and contribute to the broader academic and service activities of the School.
Key responsibilities include:
You are an enthusiastic educator with expertise in Game Art, Animation or Illustration and a strong commitment to teaching excellence. You are developing your academic career and pedagogical practice, and you enjoy working collaboratively within a creative and collegial environment.
You will demonstrate an active commitment to bicultural confidence and competence, including upholding tikanga and values as guided by mana whenua, Ngāi Tūāhuriri, and valuing te reo Māori.
