Job summary

• Experience providing organisational development, talent and recruitment advice within a complex organisation.
• Experience contributing to leadership development, workforce capability and succession planning.
• Strong written communication skills with ability to develop people-focused guidance and materials.
• Experience coordinating surveys, feedback mechanisms and translating insights into actions.
• Ability to analyse information and develop practical recommendations for stakeholders.

Responsibilities
