Job summary

Colenso BBDO is seeking a Senior Studio Designer to bring creative ideas to life with exceptional craft and technical precision across print, digital, social, OOH and presentation design.

You'll collaborate with Creative Directors, Design Directors, producers, and client service teams to ensure work is accurate, consistent, and delivered to the highest standard while contributing to studio processes and maintaining quality across the business.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a studio designer in an agency or production setting.
• Strong typography and layout skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Design concepts and translate them into polished executions across print, digital, social, OOH and presentation design.
• Collaborate with Creative Directors, Design Directors, producers, and client service teams to ensure accuracy and consistency.

The Role & Responsibilities:

As a Senior Studio Designer at Colenso, you'll play a key role in bringing creative ideas to life through exceptional craft, technical expertise and attention to detail. Working across a diverse range of brands, campaigns and projects, you'll take approved creative concepts and design direction through to polished execution, delivering high-quality work across print, digital, social, OOH and presentation design.

You’ll collaborate closely with Creative Directors, Design Directors, producers, and client service teams to ensure work is accurate, consistent, and delivered to the highest standard. Alongside producing outstanding design rollouts and production-ready assets, you'll contribute to studio processes, support agency initiatives and help maintain the overall quality of creative output across the business.

Who you are:

• An experienced studio designer with a strong background in agency, production or design environments
• Highly skilled in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator, with strong Figma capability
• Experienced in print production, digital asset creation, rollout workflows and technical file delivery
• A strong visual craftsperson with excellent typography, layout and presentation design skills
• Confident managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining exceptional attention to detail
• A proactive problem solver with strong production knowledge across both print and digital channels
• An excellent collaborator who works effectively with creative, production and client service teams
• Organised, adaptable and committed to producing work of the highest quality
