You're curious, insightful and enjoy challenging assumptions to strengthen how a brand is experienced and understood.

We're looking for someone who brings experience in brand strategy, management or governance, along with a strong understanding of how brand, customer experience, communications and organisational culture work together.

You'll be a strong relationship builder who can work effectively across a large and complex organisation, providing trusted advice and constructively challenging thinking where opportunities exist to strengthen the brand. You'll have excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong understanding of tone of voice and the ability to adapt messaging for different audiences and channels. You will exercise sound judgement, show initiative, and take a proactive approach to identifying and responding to opportunities and challenges.
