Bank of New Zealand (BNZ) is seeking an IAM Specialist to support SailPoint IdentityIQ in a hybrid Wellington or Auckland role. The position focuses on production support, onboarding with least privilege, and ongoing compliance initiatives.
You will work within a collaborative team, contributing to identity and access management improvements while growing technical skills in a mature IAM capability and elegant security practices.

There's a range of work and projects working alongside another Specialist; from BAU support of BNZ's IAM environment, engagement with Technical and Business teams to understand access control requirements to onboard applications. Exploring and working with the team to implement IAM environment which includes IAM Cloud capabilities.
Collaborative, and supportive through actions. Drive to consistently embed best practices.
Being part of a mature Identity Access Management capability with ability to grow and develop Security and Identity technical skills.
